I’ve tried several protein powders, this time I did more research and determined Whey protein is the the best for maximum nutrients. I can literally blend with just spinach and celery, which is my daily and a half plus scoop of this with hemp seeds, chia and flax and some almond milk/ice.... and it tastes delish, creamy and smooth.
Love this protein powder. Just 2 carbs per serving and uses stevia which fits right in with my low carb, no sugar lifestyle. Delicious flavor. Almost limitless ideas for varying your recipe.
