    Excellent

    I use this for many reasons. Disinfectant for tooth brushes. At beginning of sore throat symptoms gargle and swallow, seems to stop the process.

    Have been using it on 2 warts on my fingers,. They have reduced in size and not completely gone yet but I plan to keep at it a bit longer.     I've been taking this for a while and I feel like it has kept me healthy. I work at a school and I have avoided the cold that seemed to plague most of the school!
    I am taking this in part (and in conjunction with other things) to try and help some covid long-haulers issues. For this, I think it's too early to tell, but so far-so good!
    It has a VERY bitter taste-that I was able to adjust to. I just take it with water.
