You’ll start accumulating points automatically, but to use them, you’ll need to create an account and log in to activate your rewards. Be sure to use the same email each time you shop so your points stay in one place.

Yes! You can stack your points on top of other promotions.

Yes, points expire after one year—so be sure to use them before they disappear.

Yes. Customers can redeem points for class or counseling credits through the NutriKey store.

Starting May 18, 2026, every purchase earns Wellness Rewards points. Points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before that date.

As we transition to the new NutriKey Wellness Rewards program, orange loyalty cards will no longer be issued after June 30, 2026.
But don't worry — if you already have an Orange Card, it's still valid and we will continue accepting them.
