How do I order online?
Ordering online is fast, easy and secure.
Select the product(s) you want to order and click on the “Add to Cart.”
In the upper right corner your cart will display the number of products you’ve added. To modify your order, simply click on the “My Cart” button and either change the quantity or remove item.
You may continue shopping by searching for additional product or check out.
Once you have added all your products click on “Checkout” in the upper right corner. You can edit quantities, remove items, go back to shopping or continue to check out.
Click “Check Out” and enter your email address. Your email address is needed to confirm your order and send a shipping update. Add your billing address and phone number. If you are shipping to a different address uncheck the box and enter your shipping address.
Once you have entered your address click “Continue to Next Step.”
Review the items and quantities in your cart.
If you have any coupons to redeem, enter the discount code and click “Apply.”
Review your order, if everything looks correct enter credit card information and click “Complete My Purchase.”
Once the order is processed an order confirmation page will appear with your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I modify my order once it is placed? We cannot modify orders once they have been placed. However, if you forgot to order a product you can place an additional order and we will do our best to combine the orders.
May I place an order by phone? You may place your NutriKey™ order online or if you are unable to order online you can place the order by phone. Only credit and debit card payments are accepted for phone orders.
