We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by an issue with your order. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we are committed to resolving the matter promptly.

Before returning any products, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of purchase to obtain a return authorization:

Return Process:

To assist with this process, please provide the following information:

  • Lot number (typically located on the bottom or side of the product, consisting of numbers and/or letters)
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (e.g., disliked taste, capsule size, damaged item, etc.) 
  • Photos (if applicable, to help assess the issue)
  • Shipping address (only if a replacement is approved)

Return Processing Times:

  • Once the package is received, it will take 3-5 days to process the return at our facility.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Make a Return to a Nutritional Weight and Wellness Office:

Within 60 days of purchase, you can bring your merchandise and receipt to any Nutritional Weight and Wellness office for a refund.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment, minus any discounts and shipping fees if applicable.

Damage Claims or Shipment Errors:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any damage or shipment error, contact our Shipping Department within 10 business days at:

  • Breakage
