How do I place an order?
You may place your NutriKey™ order online or if you are unable to order online you can place the order by phone. Please note that only credit and debit card payments are accepted for online and phone orders. Please see How to Order Products for complete ordering information.
How can I contact someone if I have a question?
You may e-mail product and order questions to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 651-699-3438 (toll free at 1-888-805-8954). Our staff is available to take your calls during normal business hours (Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST).
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
Your order typically will ship one to three business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an e-mail notification that your product has shipped. Most orders arrive within two to six days from the date they are shipped. Please see our shipping policies for complete shipping information.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you set up an account when placing an order you can login and see the status of all your orders. Click the order number to see detailed information including status. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped.
Are all the products on the website available at all the retail locations?
No, some locations do not carry certain items that are sold on the website.
May I modify my order?
Once you place an order you may not modify it. However, if you forgot to order a product you can place an additional order. We will do our best to combine orders into one shipment.
What if an item is on back order or out of stock?
For items that are out of stock, contact us for an estimated shipping date.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item purchased from NutriKey, a Nutritional Weight and Wellness® Company for any reason within 60 days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment.
NutriKey reserves the right to reject any return on an individual basis due to repeated patterns and abuse of the policy.

What if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged?

How do I know my personal information is secure?
Purchasing products with a credit card at NutriKey™ is secure. We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use (such as Amazon.com) for the millions of transactions that take place flawlessly every day over the Internet. That means that all information exchanged between our server and your computer, including credit card number, name and address will be encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. To date, we have had no reports of security problems for any of our customers.
Can I redeem Wellness Bucks on Nutrikey.net?
Sorry, but we cannot accept Wellness Bucks for purchases on Nutrikey.net. Please call Nutritional Weight & Wellness at 651-699-3438 to arrange to redeem your Wellness Bucks in person at one of our offices.
May I place an order by phone?
