Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?

Your order typically will ship one to four business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an e-mail notification that your product has shipped. Most orders arrive within two to seven days from the date they are shipped. Orders are shipped during normal business hours, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped first class or priority mail by the United States Postal Service.  At this time, NutriKey™ only ships to locations within the United States.

• For perishable and heat-sensitive products, cold packs are added from May 1 to September 30th and are included in the shipping weight. Orders of perishable items placed after noon on Thursday night may be held until Monday for shipping all year to ensure freshness.
• For products on back order, an approximate delivery date will be given.
• For items that are out of stock, contact us for an estimated shipping date.
