Support Immunity with Advantage Liquid Concentrate

There’s one product on our shelves that has such a wide array of uses that it doesn’t fit into one category.  It’s called – Advantage Liquid Concentrate (ALC). ALC is a powerful herbal blend of grapefruit seed extract, green tea, and jasmine tea. This trio is considered by many to have many healthy benefits due to its antibacterial properties (1).For that reason, and the added benefits that it’s non-toxic, environmentally-friendly and biodegradable, ALC is commonly used to help support the immune system in addition to household and personal hygiene.

So what makes this liquid concentrate so powerful? Both Grapefruit Seed Extract and Green Tea Extract have strong antioxidant properties, creating an unfriendly environment to harmful pathogens. (2,3)

Here are some practical examples that our clients have shared with us. But first, we have to warn you that it’s extremely bitter tasting.  That must mean it’s good for you, right?

How to Use Advantage Liquid Concentrate

  • Common Cold –Many clients swear by it as the reason they never catch the common cold, just by taking 6 drops in 6 to 8 ounces of water twice daily.
  • Sore Throat Aid – Others have found it to ease a sore throat by gargling with 6 drops in 3 to 4 ounces of water.
  • Pet Plaque and Health –Your pet may even benefit from ALC as Green Tea extract has been shown to inhibit the growth of a tooth-decay-causing bacterium. (4)One of our team members puts a few drops in her dog's water dish to help prevent plaque. She hasn’t had to schedule a teeth cleaning for her dog since starting this routine, cutting way back on vet bills.
  • Travel-Related Concerns – One of our clients used it when she traveled to Africa and believes it helped her stay healthy by fighting off infectious bacteria.
  • Produce Wash – Concerned about your produce’s exposure to pesticides and other toxins? Soak produce with a few drops of ALC in a bowl of water and you have a simple, yet powerful fruit and veggie wash.
  • Insect Bite & Poison Ivy Relief – In the summer months other clients reported that ALC can help ease the discomfort of insect bites or poison ivy. Just soak a cotton ball with ALC and apply to the infected area three times per day.

Plus, here are other common practical applications:

  • Acne or Skin Rash –Soak a cotton ball with ALC and wipe over the affected area twice daily to help soothe and calm acne breakouts
  • Cuts and Wounds –Wash the affected area with 10 drops ALC and 10 drops water to clean.
  • Mouth Wash –Gargle 6 drops in 3 to 4 ounces of water.
  • Nausea –Putting 5 drops in 8oz. of water and drinking as needed may help calm a queasy stomach.
