Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free 

2 c. gluten-free oats
½ c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp MCT oil
4 scoops Wellness Whey protein powder
2 scoops Key Greens & Fruits - Chocolate 
½ c. water or unsweetened almond milk (more as needed)

Or use 1 scoop Paleo Protein - Chocolate in place of the Wellness Whey protein and Key Green.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add more water or almond milk as needed to bind everything together.
  2. Dump into an 8x8" glass baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate one hour or overnight, then cut into bars.
