I take 2 to 3 capsules at night, which is a little below recommended dosing, and they make a huge difference in my sleep. I am able to sleep 7+ hours!!
I heard about the sleep benefits of Magnesium Glycinate on the Health and Wellness podcast. I didn’t find much difference with the recommended dosage, but heard one of the hosts state she takes a higher dosage which I tried and it worked! Most of the sleep aids I’ve tried have worked for a few nights and then stopped being affective, but taking this with a time-release melatonin has resulted in 7 - 8+ hours sleep night after night.
