For every $100 purchase, you earn a Wellness Rewards card that can be used in one of two ways: either $10 off classes or counseling through Nutritional Weight & Wellness, OR 5% off your next product purchase.

$10 off Classes or Counseling

• Use Wellness Reward gift cards toward the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Program, the Online Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Program, Weight & Wellness Class Series or Weekend Weight & Wellness Seminar.
• If you prefer working one-on-one, nutritional counseling with our licensed nutritionists and dietitians is available via phone or Skype and at all seven Nutritional Weight & Wellness locations. 
• Feel free to stock up on cards and redeem multiple Wellness Reward cards together for a larger discount.

5% off Products

• Use Wellness Reward gift cards at any one of our seven locations or online. For online purchases, simply enter the card’s code in the discount box at checkout.

Fine Print

Orders must total $100 or more to receive a Wellness Reward. Purchases less than $100 do not accumulate for future Wellness Rewards. Wellness Reward cards are not valid for community education classes or workplace wellness services. Wellness Reward gift cards do not expire and have no cash value.
