    GLA

    I can't be without GLA, especially in the winter. When I was in a rehab facility for multiple compression fractures my skin was so dry that it would flake off. They don't allow people to bring supplements. When I had a doctor appointment I had my son stop at my home. I picked up my GLA and snuck it into my room at the rehab. Within one day of taking 4 softgels all the flaking was gone. Best product ever!

    Keeping me well oiled!

    GLA is similar to fish oil and it is thought to be as beneficial as fish oil. I use this daily and believe it is helping my joints and metabolism. I have a series of NutriKey products I take daily and would happily recommend.

    Not sure about GLA-160

    I ordered the GLA-160 hoping for relief from my hot flashes. I've pretty well tried everything at this point to no avail. While I'm sure this is a good product and it has benefits, I don't plan to buy it again because it didn't relieve my hot flashes.

    Great products!

    I am 78+yo and I had hoped for some relief of my hot flashes which I have endured since my fifties! I’ve been taking these for about three weeks. I do believe they have some affect on the duration and intensity of them.
    I also take Bifido which has really made a difference in my nails so it’s hard to tell how GBL contributes to that.
    I have one more bottle besides the one I’m using of the GBL so I need to use them a while before I decide to keep on.
