I started taking these when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia because I did not want to take medication for it and the next time I went in for a dexascan my bone density improved !!

IT WORKS & I GOT THE PROOF

Writing a product review typically isn't something I would do; however, in this case, I had to make an exception. Several years ago, my bone density testing revealed some bone loss, the beginning stages of osteopenia! Say what, I work out, weight train, and eat right, I do it all and have done so for many years. Yet, there I was diagnosed with bone loss, it felt surreal. I first heard about Key Osteo Plus from the Nutritional Weight and Wellness podcast, long before it applied to me.
