Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid that is critical for heart health and for reducing inflammation overall. Unfortunately, many people do not eat enough omega-3 fish (such as salmon, mackerel and sardines) to maintain a healthy level of omega-3. Recent research discovered that in spite of nutritional education about the many benefits of omega-3, 98% of the people in the study were found to be deficient in this essential fatty acid.     Brain Power! 💥

    I love taking the NutriKey Omega-3 extra strength liquid. I’m 64 and taking it bolsters my short term memory. I’m working and memorize numbers throughout the day successfully as needed! I mix in a tsp or tbsp to my morning shake and do not experience any “fish” taste. It’s a winner!

    I've never been able to take fish oil capsules due to the aftertaste no matter what tricks I used to hide the taste; however, this liquid is a pleasant flavor with NO aftertaste.

    I've been taking this oil on/off over the years, and definitely notice a big reduction in my back inflammation. My husband catches me sipping off the bottle from the refrigerator and laughs at me, but I like the taste.

    Still not 100% a fan

    Ordered my second bottle with a discount code. Previously used Omega3 fish oil but having trouble swallowing several pills. Taste of the oil takes some getting used to. I use a teaspoon and pour into back of my mouth to avoid the taste. I does help with my joint issues so I will continue taking.

    Expensive but cheaper than going to the doctor and get prescribed a medication with potentially dangerous side effects. I think senior citizens should get a discount. Our sociable security checks are pretty small. Pleasant lemon flavor. Good stuff!
