Makes 2 servings | Gluten free (dairy free option)
½ c. unsweetened almond milk or water 2 oz full fat cream cheese (or coconut cream) ¼ c. heavy cream (or canned coconut milk) ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 c. frozen strawberries ¼ c. chia seeds 2 scoops Key Collagen powder 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or stevia 1 tsp sea salt or Pink Himilayan salt
Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes or chopped nuts for topping
Place all ingredients in the blender on low until well combined. Pour into ramekins or individual containers (mason jars for example) before placing in the refrigerator overnight.
Optional toppings, when you are ready to enjoy top with unsweetened coconut flakes that have been toasted or chopped nuts.
