½ c. plain, full-fat yogurt*1 c. fresh or frozen (no sugar added) fruit2 T. canned coconut milk1½ scoops whey protein powder (dairy free options: egg white, rice or pea protein)1 scoop NutriKey Key Greens & Fruits - Strawberry Kiwi
*To make this dairy free substitute ¼ c. canned coconut milk and ½ c. water for yogurt
