½ cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 ½ scoops Wellness Whey Vanilla protein OR 1 scoop vanilla paleo protein
½ cup ice
½ cup water
2 Tbsp shaved or shredded coconut
Handful of spinach (optional)
