Great supplement with Night Rest
I have been taking L-Theanine for a few years now in combination with Night Rest and I am definitely sleeping better. I take both about an hour before I turn out the light and for me I have noticed myself feeling calmer and more relaxed and I feel it has made a big difference for me. I’ve started taking this L-Theanine along with 5-HTP. I was already taking Magnesium Glycinate and/or Mixed Magnesium. I’m definitely sleeping more deeply…but I haven’t tried this product alone, so all I can say is that the combination is effective.

Great supplement for sleep. I have been sleeping better since I started taking it in combination with Magnesium Glycinate before bed. It seems to help relax my mind. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night I am still able to fall back asleep right away. Would recommend.

Good sleep is something I strive for with daily exercise, mindfulness, outdoor sunlight & nature walks, limiting caffeine, and sleep routine (dark & cool room, sleep schedule, no screen 1 hour b4 bed, yoga or body scan).
