      Calcium supplementation not advised

I have read a study from 2015 and 2022. Calcium supplements can lead to calcium buildup in the Aorta (which I now have) women need to understand the risk of heart disease when they take this.

      Calcium

I listen each week to the Nutritional Weight and Wellness podcast. It was because of a podcast that I learned about calcium and the different forms. I appreciate the fine information by the nutritionists and realized the calcium I had been taking was not the best form for absorption so I switched to this calcium from NutriKey. I greatly appreciate that these vitamins are third party tested and pharmaceutical grade. And customer service is excellent!!

When I began taking the activated calcium it seemed to help my nails. After a number of years my nails are back to being weak and like tissue paper.
