    I can't be without GLA, especially in the winter. When I was in a rehab facility for multiple compression fractures my skin was so dry that it would flake off. They don't allow people to bring supplements. When I had a doctor appointment I had my son stop at my home. I picked up my GLA and snuck it into my room at the rehab.
