    I cannot have eggs. When baking with vegan egg replacer my bread crumbles. I started adding one scoop of protein powder to egg replacer in everything I bake. My muffins rarely crumble.

    I have tried many protein powders over the last 3 decades and have finally found a protein powder that is a quality protein powder with a great creamy taste.
    I appreciate that the powder is grass-fed and rBGH-free since since I have been called a health-freak!!

    Previously, I'd bought the Whey Factors Unflavored protein powder and it worked well. When I went to reorder, I saw that it only came in a 12oz tub, whereas the Wellness Whey Protein came in a 1.5lb tub. Since 12 ounces doesn't last very long, I decided to try the Wellness Whey Protein in Vanilla. HUGE mistake for me -- I can't stand the taste of stevia. I'm stuck with it so am trying to find smoothie recipes that mask the flavor. Am sure this works great for those who like the taste.
